Authenticity is Key. Be the change you want to see in this world.

We end up in this power struggle when we look outside of ourselves for answers on what is and should be. For some it ends up feeling like chaos and there is only one way to find stability amongst the chaos.

Authenticity will never be found outside of ourselves. It is found at the point we recognise we are living at the surface level, and we choose to take a deep dive within.

I have found true appreciation in the trauma, triggers, and struggles. Authenticity is so often discovered through our life struggles.

I’m pretty sure every single one of us has gone through, is going through and/or will go through struggles in their lifetime. It’s how we grow. It’s how we learn our soul lessons and how we find our true purpose. But to make use of these lessons and to grow, we must first be willing to take ownership of the lessons.

We make a choice every single day, whether we use these struggles as useful lessons, or whether we perhaps push the blame onto those around us. The only way we will truly learn the lessons we are sent; is at the point we are willing to seek clarity and look within.

Have you ever wondered why many are sent the same lesson over and over? Same type of lesson, but perhaps through a different person. Do we look outside of ourselves and point fingers at those who hurt us; and those who have seemingly held us back? Do we do anything about it? Could it be that we have a greater choice than we ever realised? Could it be that we create our own limitations? Could it be that it is simply easier to lay blame on others for holding us back and keeping us stuck? Could it be that we have either stood too much in our ego, or enabled the other persons toxic behaviour?

No matter where we are at in life; we are the teacher and also the student.

This thing that we have found to be perfect, is it actually perfect? Or do we create agendas? Or perhaps conform to agendas? Is there this expectation where we must lead, or we must follow? Do we wear some sort of false mask, simply because it’s easier; simply because doing so helps us avoid looking at what needs to be looked at, or helps us to avoid conflict?

Take off that mask. The greatest blessing you can give anyone is to simply be your true and authentic self. Authenticity is key. Be the change you want to see in this world.
