Truly Living Life & Embracing the Present Moment
I encourage you to consistently choose to live for the moment, no matter what. Learn to enjoy both those small moments and those bigger ones.
When there are those inevitable crappy moments, you can either choose to hang on to the negatives, or you can choose to not only release those burdens – but look forward and create moments that truly uplift you.
Take from the not so nice moments the lessons; and learn to start leaving the rest at the door.
This stuff does not belong in your head. You don't need to spend your entire life looking at it from every angle; and analysing it for what you could have done better. It was always intended to simply be a lesson, so that you can learn, grow, and become a more amazing person.
My life isn’t perfect. I have my ups and downs too, even now. But I don’t need for it to be perfect 100% of the time to be able to truly enjoy life. We all have that power within us to create or fracture our reality.
Live life on purpose. Be sure that you are guiding your story in the direction that you want it to go. Readjust if you need to. And learn self-love and self-care.
Celebrate yourself. You don’t need to wait for someone to buy you beautiful flowers. Go out and buy some for yourself. Appreciate the moments and create what you so desire within those moments. It is not selfish. You will be uplifting your own spirit and will no longer need to look outside of yourself for somebody to do this for you. You will start to notice those around you appreciating your spirit even more.

She previously played the supporting role in the lives of those around her, and very much held back on sharing this gift fully with other's. This is Rachel stepping very much out of her comfort zone, into what she now knows to be her inner calling, and sharing her thoughts with the world.
