This vessel.

This life inside a life.

Is it pulling at my essence?

Does it desire for me to withdraw

into the many whispers of

whom I am - or might become?

I wince, listening to the

outer layers of human breathe.

I speak whispers of truths

carried forwards from my past.

How long will I force myself to

sit with these fragments?

Quiet whispers as life attempts

to entangle me in the barb wire.

The power is within that flittering

thought, MY HEART holds the key.

Blessed before conception with all

the right tools to cut my way free.
