Happy New Year!!

May you draw all types of beautiful abundance into your life in 2023. May life happen FOR you… not to you. May everything always work out in your favour. May you be blessed beyond measure.

What is it that your heart most desires in 2023?

I’ve been realising that I need to spend a little time figuring out the where to and how to of 2023. Whilst I choose not to look too far ahead, it’s always good to have some sort of loose plan.

I love the beach. The water, it centres and grounds me. To spend New Years alongside of the water has been truly amazing.

I was sick for a few days. Self-induced. My own silly fault. Finally able to properly enjoy my holiday. Sometimes it is within those moments that things aren’t working quite as planned that we need to balance out our heart, mind and soul. For today is a new and quite stunning day. Today (and every day) is the first day of the rest of our lives. Today is 1 January 2023.

I don’t promise to change. I prefer to simply live in the moment. But there is pretty much a guarantee I will be forever changing, shifting and growing. That is who I am. That is who I choose to be. Having said that I don’t feel this desire anymore to shift, change, or adjust to satiate anybody else’s desires.

It is through me that I live. It can also be through you that I live - which is much more amazing if we choose to accept the beauty of each other in the present moment.

If I am to onboard another’s rejection and make it my own; then I choose in that moment to become that rejection. I prefer not to, and so I consciously choose what I onboard. Love you all, no matter where you are on your journey.

I will love you whether you love me conditionally, unconditionally, or even hate me. It is a choice that we make each day, and I am OK with your choice no matter. But there is no need for me to onboard your choice as my own.

Always remember that small changes can lead to one gigantic leap. Especially if we make small but consistent tweaks to how we show up for ourselves.

If you are on a journey of self-growth consider where you were this time last year, where you are today, and when January 2024 comes along you can look back once again at just how fricken far you have come over the space of a year.

If you’re anything like me, you can’t go back, the only way is forwards.

If you are anything like me, life is destined to become more and more amazing, despite the inevitable hiccups that show up along whatever path we might perhaps choose.
