Unhealthy Affliction

Self-Doubt - The knife severs who we are; what we do; our essence.

Acceptance of this lover created we name doubt. Power gifted, prison of self.

Nurturing of this shadow of a doubt; an extension of ones soul.

Enslaved heart minds my soul? This choice in the staying.

Recognition of this beast, it’s hunger satiated by addiction; and for what?

Soul turned grey, this prison of doubt.

Awareness of the canvas on which one creates. Transformation, caterpillar to butterfly.

To doubt this doubt that is and was. Make claim, it’s very existence; dependent on me.
